No Oil Santare wali Panchmel Sabz Bahar

(No Oil Mixed Veg with Orange)

This is totally Oil free Fat Free Delicious and Quick recipe. No Oil Mixed Veg. It’s so simple yet so tasty that you can floor your guests with flat 15 minutes cooking time!

Ingredients:

100gms Yellow Capsicum

No Oil Sabz Bahar
No oil Panchmel Sabz Bahar, 5 Mixed Vegetables, delicious , Anu’s Faded Notebook Recipes

100gms Squash or Yellow Zucchini

100gms Cauliflower

100gms Carrots

100gms Tomato

Salt

Coarse ground Black Pepper

1/4th Cup Crushed walnuts

1 Orange

1 Lemon

  1. Cut all vegetables in medium big pieces, tomatoes in half.
  2. Heat Pan put in all veggies, cover.
  3. Stir after 5 minutes, add salt, coarse ground pepper and lemon juice.
  4. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes
  5. Take out in serving dish, add orange juice
  6. Garnish with orange slices and crushed Walnut.

Your healthy meal in ready to eat!!!
