Connecting with nature is essential for happiness. Human beings are not meant to live in isolation from nature. In fact the mere sight of greenery boosts you up. Time with nature should be a daily routine with at least 21 minutes in close proximity of Nature. It can be a park, under a tree, with flowers or just a serene walk. Conversation and phones should be avoided at this time.
